    • Session: A practical introduction, well-structured paragraphs with subtitles, and a firm conclusion. Lists or bullet points are possible ways to increase readability.

    References are necessary in case citing statistics or studies; it is essential to provide reliable resources (e.g., medical journals or credible information on websites). Refer to the hyperlink sources, you can or at the end of the write-up.
